A renowned Roofing Company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.

The Site Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all on-site operations for the company’s roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary constraints.

• Supervise and lead roofing crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards and monitor and enforce compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet or exceed established quality standards.

• Quickly identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during project execution and uphold and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in site management preferably within the roofing industry.
