A Large P&C Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their growing team.
The Account Executive will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding client relationships. The primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth by effectively managing a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and ensuring prompt and effective communication.

Identify new business opportunities, upsell additional coverage, and contribute to the overall growth of the company by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Analyze client portfolios to assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance coverage, ensuring clients are adequately protected.

Work closely with underwriters, claims specialists, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or account management within the property and casualty insurance industry.
