Responsibilities Include:

• Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions of the company

• Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements

• Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process

• Managing the budget process

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Lead Bookkeeper or Controller

• Real Estate experience is a plus!
