A Medical Supplies Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead their sales team.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales within the Healthcare Industry, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare institutions, and distributors.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
