A leading Accounting Company is seeking Tax Audit Professionals for their Brooklyn, Lakewood and Chicago offices.

This position is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in tax audit and a commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough tax audits for clients, ensuring compliance with local and federal tax regulations.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients undergoing tax audits, providing expert guidance and support.

• Work closely with tax consultants, accountants, and legal professionals to gather necessary information for audits.

• Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings, recommendations, and resolutions and ensure accurate and complete documentation of all audit activities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax audit within an accounting or financial services firm.

• Strong knowledge of local and federal tax regulations.

• CPA designation or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
