An Accounting Firm is seeking an experienced CFO to lead the company’s financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing

• Assuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations

• Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company

• Supervising the financial team

Skills Needed:

• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions

• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate

• Great communication skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in accounting

• 5+ years experience in a financial leadership role
