A large Real Estate Company is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team.

 

The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources and payroll functions. This position will support HR initiatives, administer payroll processes, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Verifying and reconciling timesheets, attendance records, and employee benefits.
  • Managing employee files and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR and payroll records.

Skills needed:

  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly organized.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
