A large Non-Profit Organization in the Tri-State Area is seeking a highly qualified candidate to join their team in a fully remote position.
The successful candidate will oversee and optimize the organization’s day-to-day operations, provide high-level support to the executive team, and promote organizational alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the organization’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization’s mission and goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the organization.
- Manage and develop a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, with excellent self-discipline and time management skills. (Must be located in the Tri-State area).
- Proven work experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large non-profit organization.
- Must have a Master’s degree, ideally in organizational psychology.
- Must have solid organizational management and performance management experience.
- Must be self-motivated.
Location: Remote (Must live in the tri-state area).
Hours: Full-time.
Salary: $160-180k.
