A Company that installs window shades is seeking an Account Executive (AE).

The AE will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring seamless sales operations. Expertise in sales strategies and exceptional customer service will be instrumental in achieving the company’s business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Initiate regular communication with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to check in, gather feedback, and provide updates on products and services.
• Follow up with any potential clients to discuss their needs and complete their orders.
• Creating estimates for current and potential clients timely and accurately.
• Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Effectively communicating value propositions and answering customer inquiries.

Skills needed:

• Excellent communicator – both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a sales role, ideally with some customer retention experience.
