A Demolition Company is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team.

The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately recording and categorizing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records using appropriate accounting software or tools.
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, ensuring timely payments to vendors and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments from clients and customers to ensure timely collection.
  • Preparing and presenting financial summaries to management, providing insights into the company’s financial health.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
