A Demolition Company is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team.
The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately recording and categorizing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records using appropriate accounting software or tools.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, ensuring timely payments to vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments from clients and customers to ensure timely collection.
- Preparing and presenting financial summaries to management, providing insights into the company’s financial health.

Requirements:
