A large Healthcare Company is seeking a Care Manager Supervisor for their HCBS department.

The Supervisor will manage, train and guide 5 care managers. A BA and experience in the education field is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of five Care Managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of client assessments by the Care Managers.

• Review session notes and reports to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

• Act as a resource for Care Managers, answering questions, providing guidance, and addressing concerns.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience working with children.

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience, preferably managing a team of professionals.
