This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflows across departments such as logistics, supply chain, customer service, and fulfillment.

• Leverage deep knowledge of the e-commerce landscape to identify market trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for growth.

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
