An Education Advocacy Firm is seeking a highly motivated Para Legal to join their team. 

The Para Legal will provide legal support; conducting research, and assisting in the representation of clients in matters related to special education rights and services.

The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience in educational law.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research on special education laws, regulations, and relevant case law to support advocacy efforts.
• Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Assisting in the management of client cases, including gathering and organizing pertinent information, and maintaining accurate case files.
• Preparing reports and summaries for internal use and as required by regulatory authorities.

Skills needed:

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to keep a professional demeanor when dealing with sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Paralegal certification or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in education law.
