A Wealth Management Firm is seeking a Client Services Associate.
The Associate will enhance the client experience by providing exceptional customer support to clients and adminsitrative support to the companys financial advisors.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their requests and providing timely, accurate information.
- Assist financial advisors in preparing client meetings and presentations and handle administrative tasks such as account maintenance, transfers, and paperwork.
- Educate clients on our firm’s services, investment strategies, and financial products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Skills needed:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Customer service focussed.
- Takes initiative.
Requirements:
- Customer service focussed, ideally in a financial setting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite programs and ability to learn new software.
