An established Office Supplies Company is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring efficient operations within the logistics and inventory management.
This position involves overseeing receiving, shipping, and inventory processes while managing a team of 10-15 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse logistics, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Lead and oversee a team of 10-15 warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Supervise the receiving process, verifying the accuracy of shipments and ensuring proper handling of products.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in warehouse operations.
Skills needed:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the office supplies or related industry.
