An established Office Supplies Company is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring efficient operations within the logistics and inventory management.

This position involves overseeing receiving, shipping, and inventory processes while managing a team of 10-15 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse logistics, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Lead and oversee a team of 10-15 warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Supervise the receiving process, verifying the accuracy of shipments and ensuring proper handling of products.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in warehouse operations.

Skills needed:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Self motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the office supplies or related industry.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
