A Telehealth Company is seeking a Medical Receptionist for their Boro Park office.
The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and patient-centric operations. This position requires proficiency in EMR systems, particularly ECW, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to interview MA’s, collaborate with Doctors, and schedule appointments.
Responsibilities:

Manage patient inquiries, schedule telehealth appointments, and provide essential information about our services.

Demonstrate proficiency in EMR systems, particularly ECW, to maintain accurate patient records and facilitate seamless information flow.

Efficiently handle multiple responsibilities, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing administrative tasks concurrently.

Conduct interviews for MA positions, assessing qualifications and suitability for the role and liaise with medical professionals, relay messages, and assist in coordinating patient care.

Requirements:

Experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a telehealth or healthcare setting.
