A Retail Store is seeking a dedicated and results driven Store Manager for their Boro Park store location.

The Retail Store Manager will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store’s smooth operation.

Responsibilites include:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Train and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently provided, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment for customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
