Job Description
A Property Management Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will be the go-to person for all administrative tasks and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks and ensure their completion.

Create and manage comprehensive spreadsheets of property issues e.g., violations, projects, fines, and necessary repairs.

Conduct research on various software solutions and present findings to the management team to streamline redundant tasks.

Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data entry and maintenance.

Keep all corporation documents organized and readily accessible for presentations to banks when required.

Develop and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.

Requirements:
