Job Description

A Property Management Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to join their team.

 

The successful candidate will be the go-to person for all administrative tasks and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks and ensure their completion.

  • Create and manage comprehensive spreadsheets of property issues e.g., violations, projects, fines, and necessary repairs.

  • Conduct research on various software solutions and present findings to the management team to streamline redundant tasks.

  • Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data entry and maintenance.

  • Keep all corporation documents organized and readily accessible for presentations to banks when required.

  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.

Skills needed:

  • Must be proactive and responsible.

  • Professional and business minded.

  • Very good communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administration role or as an executive assistant.

  • Proficient in using various software applications and a quick learner of new technologies.
