A Special Education Company is seeking a Placement Coordinator/HR Specialist to join their growing team.
The responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and onboarding professionals passionate about making a difference in special education.
Responsibilities:

Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for staff members.

Liaise with educational professionals, government agencies, and community organizations to enhance placement opportunities and resources.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff, addressing concerns, and facilitating professional development opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on placement statistics, HR metrics, and compliance measures for internal evaluation and external reporting as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or special education sector.
