A large IT Solutions Company is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Field Technician to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of formal schooling and practical experience in the IT field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.

• Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and offer guidance and training to end-users on system usage and best practices.

• Ensure proper documentation of all IT-related activities and procedures.

Skills needed:

• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.

• A degree or certification from a recognized institution (e.g., Lincoln Tech Institute) in IT or related field.

• Proven experience in technical support or a related role.

• Flexibility to travel to different locations for on-site support as required.
