Job Description

A Logistics Contracting Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable logistics solutions.

  • Identify and prospect new clients within the logistics industry to expand the customer base.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of contracted services.

Skills needed:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self motivated with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales ideally within the logistics industry.

  • Strong understanding of logistics contracting, freight forwarding, or similar services.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
