An Education Advocacy Firm is seeking an Office Manager to join their vibrant office team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the education field, bringing valuable insight and expertise to the administrative operations of the firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in office operations.
- Overseeing the organizing and maintaining of electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members.
- Ensuring the large office is always well stocked and clean.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving ability.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Previous experience in the education field, such as teaching, special education advocacy, or related roles, is highly preferred.
