A Real Estate Company is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Assistant.
This hybrid position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the company whilst supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Generating monthly financial reports for management review.
- Providing general administrative assistance to the team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Collaborating with team members and external vendors.
Skills needed:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements:
- Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Ability to work from the Boro Park office 1-2 times/week.
