A Roofing Company in Williamsburg is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join their growing team.
The successful candidate must have QuickBooks experience.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks to accurately record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing professional and timely responses.
- Interface with clients and vendors in a courteous and efficient manner and address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking of office essentials.
Skills needed:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Highly Analytical.
- Time management skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
