Job Description

A Real Estate Development Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in Real Estate or Property Management.

The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and has great interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with tenants, collecting rent, and processing repair requests.
  • Meeting prospective tenants to verify qualifications, signing leases with new tenants, and renewing lease agreements.
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails, calendar scheduling, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate hardware and software installation and setting up new user accounts.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized.
  • Pro-active.
  • Customer service focused.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable picking up new software quickly.
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role.
