Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving client phone calls and directing them to the appropriate party when needed.
- Coordinating client requests and doing follow up.
- Filing documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Preparing documentation correctly.

- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organized.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented.
