A Construction & Design Company is seeking to hire a Project Manager to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cosmetic construction and renovation.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

• Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

• Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

• Determining needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Skills Needed:

• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• A team player with leadership abilities

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in construction

Location: Brooklyn or Monsey, NY

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $90-110k
