An IT Solutions Company is seeking an IT Level 1 or 2 Technician in Williamsburg or Boro Park.

This is a great opportunity and is open to an entry-level IT or an experienced technician.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing basic problem-solving and assistance requests to customers.

• Performing routine technical assistance and maintenance duties

• Giving over technical knowledge in an easy to grasp manner for non-technical employees or customers.

• Constantly looking for new features and looking to enhance the service.

Skills required:

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner

• Ability to multitask and a problem solver

• Incredibly tech-savvy

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite

• Knowledge of computer hardware and applications

• Based in Wiliamsburg or Brooklyn with he ability to travel to sites all over NY (car & gas provided)

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Hours: Full time

Salary: $60-100k+ (+transportation)
